These terms form a legally binding contract between you (the Patron) and Jagannath Jewellers (the Maison). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we invite you to consult with our concierge team before proceeding with any purchase.

Every creation curated or crafted by Jagannath Jewellers conforms strictly to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking specifications:
- 22K Gold (916 Purity): Features the BIS logo, 916 fineness stamp, and unique 6-digit alphanumeric laser-inscribed HUID code verifiable on the BIS Care Portal.
- 18K Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery: 750 purity hallmarked with certified natural diamond grading documentation.
- 925 Sterling Silver: 92.5% pure silver with certified authenticity stamps for jewelry and fine articles.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every shipment is accompanied by an itemized GST invoice specifying net metal weight, gross weight, making charges, and hallmarking registration numbers.

Live Bullion Pricing & Calculation
Precious metal prices fluctuate in real time in response to international and domestic spot bullion markets:
- The price displayed at the exact time of order placement/advance lock-in represents the final binding bullion rate for your transaction.
- Final invoice calculation formula:
[Net Metal Weight × Live Rate] + Making / Craftsmanship Charges + Statutory GST (3%).
- Due to minute weight variances in handcrafted pieces (±0.05g to 0.1g), any slight difference in the final crafted weight will be transparently credited or adjusted on your final invoice balance.

Custom Orders & Advance Bookings
Bespoke commissions (custom bridal sets, family crest rings, specialized silver utensils) require a non-refundable advance deposit of 25% to 50% to lock the bullion rate and commence master artisans’ casting.
Once a 3D CAD design is approved by the customer and casting begins, structural alterations may incur redesign and metal melting fees.

Insured Pan-India Transit & Delivery
All shipments dispatched from our boutique are protected by comprehensive door-to-door transit insurance:
- Tamper-Evident Packaging: Dispatched in sealed security enclosures that cannot be opened without breaking visible security seals.
- Doorstep OTP Verification: High-value parcels are released exclusively upon OTP verification and signature of the authorized recipient.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: In the rare event of outer parcel damage or broken seals, patrons are advised to refuse delivery immediately and notify our concierge team within 4 hours.

Strict No-Return & Transit Damage Exchange Policy
Due to the high intrinsic bullion value, purity certifications, and certified gold & silver hallmark standards, Jagannath Jewellers strictly follows a NO RETURN & NO REFUND policy on all sold and delivered jewellery articles.
Transit Damage / Breakage Exchange Policy (Pre-Delivery Condition Only)
• Eligibility for Exchange: Exchange is strictly and exclusively permissible only if the jewellery piece is received in a damaged, broken, or defective condition prior to or at the time of delivery.
• Inspection & Unboxing Proof: Patrons must inspect the security package at the time of delivery. Any transit damage or broken seal must be documented with an unboxing video / clear photos and reported immediately to our concierge before delivery acceptance.
• Zero Post-Delivery Liability: Once delivery is accepted and verified via OTP / signature, Jagannath Jewellers holds no responsibility or liability for any subsequent physical damage, breakage, loss, or daily wear & tear.
• Strictly No Returns / Refunds: Returns, cancellations after dispatch, or monetary refunds are strictly not entertained under any circumstances.
For future upgrades, patrons can always take advantage of our standard Lifetime Bullion Buyback & Pure Metal Exchange as detailed in Section 07.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions with Jagannath Jewellers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alirajpur / Jobat, Madhya Pradesh, India.
